Did Bush, the textbook Keynesian, give Keynesian as bad as a name as it was under Carter?

If Bush will ever be able to spell correctly the word keynesian , he should be allowed to run for the third time. it's shame capitalists have no courage to spend their own money to outdo recession and wait for mints to work overtime.
