My granddaughter is 13 yrs old and doesn't want to go to her dads, doesn't she have the right to say no.?

mom has full custody and the oldest, age 13 doesn't want to go to her dads. Doesn't she have the right to tell him she doesn't want to go. Dad is VERY DEMANDING AND AGRESSIVE and tells her if she doesn't go he will come to the house and pick her up. We live in the state of Indiana and when I got my divorce I was told that at age 13 they can decide if they want to go or not? true or false????
