Why do so many Christians make umptions about Jesus and the apostles?

Nowhere in the original scriptures does it say that Jesus wasn't married. Nowhere in the original scriptures (before mistranslations) did it say that Mary was a virgin. Nowhere in the texts does it say that half of them weren't gay. All this skewed teaching is based on umptions, that are not even backed up by scripture. The only one that can be reasonably umed to have made these claims was a freak from Tarsus who didn't even know Jesus or the apostles, and didn't even bother to hide the fact that he was a ist bigot.
