My cat can't stand to be touched all of a sudden, she hates her 7 month old kittens?

Please get this cat to the vets, she sounds like she has something wrong with her skin. It cant do any harm to get her checked, even if its not her skin then she still needs to be checked, any change of behavior should be looked in to, even more so with this one with it being such a drastic change
