Which ones are tainted?

so i have heard that there is formula that is tainted? which brands where effected? i have a 8month old lil boy and i feed him emphomil iso.. (sp?)? dont get on me about feeding because i couldn't do it due to the fact that he isn't my biological son. thanks in advance for any answers.. i'm really worried about it.
