Playing Hearts (the card game) on the PC; can't get rid of an old saved game. Ideas?

I play hearts on my laptop all the time, and once saved a game to finish it later. I have since finished that game, but every time I open hearts, the computer still asks me if I want to continue that game. When I saved the game originally, I had though that when I next opened hearts, it would ask me if I wanted to continue the saved game (it did), I would click yes and finish the game (I did) and that would be the end of it! But no, it keeps asking me if I wan't to continue a game that I finished AGES ago! I know it's a trivial little thing really, but it annoys the heck outta me. I've looked in options for a way to get rid of the problem, but I can't seem to find a way to change it. Does anyone know a way to get rid of saved games for good or am I destined to have hearts asking me to continue that game forever and ever and ever amen?
