Do i plead insanity, & how much trouble will i be in?

i Just turned 18 on the first. I've never been in serious trouble before. 2 months ago my mom discovered i have IED, a chemical imbalance that makes me demonic when im angry. basically, last night I went to a biker mans party im friends with. id been there before, its a sort of older and wild crowd but i got along with everyone. a woman in a car yelled out to me, HEY! F$&# YOU! so i jumped on her car and started kicking at the windshield. 2 woman dragged me off and started beating the heck out of me, and i managed to drag 1 down in the dirt with me right before the other stepped on and broke my wrist. all of this went on for maybe 4 minutes before my boyfriend and some other men seperated us. the whole time I couldnt hear at all, i think because of an adrenaline rush. I have no serious injuries, just a broken wrist and split tooth, and i had to get 2 of the knuckles on my other hand stitched. she said she is suing for a busted windshield and is claiming i fractured her friends cheekbone. do i plead insane??
