Men, is it true you cannot control your ual thoughts?

I have been wondering about this for quite some time now. Is it true that men cannot control their ual thoughts? Had you encountered an attractive woman, are you unable to resist visualising making love to her in your minds even if you were happy and ually satisfied in a relationship with a woman you love? Will most men undress me in their minds just seeing me p by? Do you think it's biological or is it something that society has taught you to do since childhood? I, as a woman, seldom have ual thoughts about men even if they were attractive. I would highly appreciate men's thoughts on this.
